I think Delia's and now TIDE Cleaners is a great choice for reliability and dependability for the basic services they provide. They are timely and get your clothing cleaned, ready for pickup every day, and while a little pricey, worth the dependability. MY ONLY COMPLAINT - they don't pay attention to the finer details and specific instructions. For example, I like my cotton pants with NO center crease, and the only time I get that is when I specifically ask for it, EVEN THOUGH those instructions are written on my new Orange ... read more
Great service.they have my preferences listed in my profile so all is quick and easy with dropping off. I typically see the same person when dropping off and picking up, Juliane, and she always remembers my name. It gives it that small town feel.
