I had a bad experience with one of your employee Andy . I disputed the cost of tailoring and of drying cleaning a trouser that I did not want to be cleaned. He was very stand offish and very loud and blunt. I felt insulted and disrespected. The next day I complained to Evon the manageress and refunded my money and was sorry for the treatment I endured.
You ruined a white blouse of mine. It’s beyond repair.

Had an expensive order. Asked about coupons as my credit card was going through and there was one, but he didn’t tell me about it . Cashier wouldn’t cancel the transaction and let me use the coupon.
