Amazingly accurate and effective. I’ve been using your services for about 15 years and there has never been a mistake or error and my clothes are always fabulous. If/when there is an issue (that I created ie: spot/spill) you do your absolute best to address it and note it on the laundered clothing. Home delivery is as reliable as it gets…you guys are amazing in every way!!!! Thank you

I didn’t have a regular dry cleaners anymore because the one I went to for 20 years closed. I needed a next-day turnaround on a jacket for a special event. I tried Plaza because they are close by, and even though I wasn’t a regular customer, they were willing to help me. The next day I was preparing for the event and I got a call from them two hours before the promised time, to tell me that is was ready.
