I have had very good experience with these cleaners - Everything is fresh and cleaned and returned on time. Very good delivery service. If they have a question they will call me. I do send sheets and wonder why they don't wrap them in paper or cellophane - not in a paper bag - It would be a better idea. I want to see sheets folded so I can see the design on top. But their work is very good.
