Th front counter employee named Rachael was very helpful. She answered all my husband’s questions when he came into the store to get an idea about cost for a Queen comforter. She was helpful and efficient when I brought the comforter and set up our account with Swansons. Your company delivered it a day earlier tan expected and notified me that it was ready for pickup which was wonderful! Thanks for great service.

I didn’t know where to get my daughter’s leather jacket for cleaning. So, I googled and Swanson was the first place came up. I went to the store, spoke with the owner, my apologies, she may have introduced her name, and I am very terrible with remembering names😬🤦🏻♀️. She was super nice, she explained to me the whole difficult process on how leather gets cleaned. I asked how much she would charged me, she said $70.
