Prompt and courteous service
First time using this Swansons cleaners on Freeport in Hollywood Park. I needed to have my drapes dry cleaned and went to the location near me. I dropped them off on Tuesday afternoon and was told they'd be ready on Monday. I asked for a quote so I'd have an Idea of the price. It seemed reasonable for 2 curtain panels. I received a text on Thursday that they were ready for pick up! I picked them up Friday morning and they looked great! The cost was pretty much what I was quoted too. Will definitely use them again.

Half my order was done on time. The other half was not. I received a call to inform me about the mix up. She asked if it would be a problem, she offered to go to Sacramento to pick them up for us. Super nice, not an issue but I was thrilled with the awesome customer service!

This is a great service and I have been using over last 5-6 years. Very easy to schedule pick up and they drop at your door. Pricier but quality of customer service and attention to detail is very good. Highly recommended
