Friendly, professional, thorough!
The clerk was very friendly and helpful. When I picked up the men's shirt, I noticed that a few spots on the front remained, and she cheerfully suggested that she could send it through again, which I did. Great customer service!

Service was wonderful. Loved having an email when the clothes were ready to pickup. The two different employees I met at the Folsom location on drop off and pick up day were both terrific.
The young lady who helped me both on delivery and pickup was very friendly and gave great service. Im very happy with the outcome of the work completed. Having said that, the price to clean one of the shirts, $8.80 seems like a lot more that the competitors in the area. I love everything accept the price and may have to look for a better value for my next dry cleaning load.

The cleaning was great. My clothes were delivered to my neighbor, however. My address was listed correctly on the clothes, the delivery driver just left it at the wrong house.
