The cleaning was good, but I feel it was too expensive.
The service was great but the price was very high.
I brought in 12 men's dress shirts to be laundered. Unfortunately, when I picked them up, I was charged different prices for the shirts. It's not like some were silk or some other material. Not sure why this happened and why there was no explanation of this when I dropped the shirts off. Disappointed.
Had a comforter laundered and got it back before set date. Staff is very friendly. Good experience.
The place smelt like stale smoke when I came in to pick up my shirt so now my shirt smells like it.
Very friendly and very fast service
Everything was wonderful except my blue dress shirt had a crease in the front. Nothing I got an iron on myself so in the big picture, it's not that big of a deal. I just wanted to let you know. I look forward to using you as my regular cleaners.

Your staff was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. She got me in the system quickly and I felt my item would be cared for and cleaned properly. Although I live down the street in FLE, this was my 1st visit but not my last. Your prices are competitive and I heard you were pricey. You are not pricey at all.
