The experience was good except it seemed to be expensive compared to my last dry cleaners. I paid $21 for a suit and a shirt. At my last place I would pay more like $15 for the same service.
Counter person was highly engaging, highly competent on services and costs. Appears Swanson is set up to over-deliver.
Shop clerk was very nice. Email notification/reminder of completed laundry is appreciated. Timely too.
