We have been satisfied with the service and attention we have had since moving our business to Swanson. Our previous cleaners closed and we've been more than satisfied with the service and the attitude of Swanson's service. The customer service here is impeccable! Each time I go in, I’m greeted with a smile and friendly staff. If someone is not immediately at the front desk, they call out from the back as you walk in and say I’ll be right there. I’ve never waited more than 1 min. My clothes have always been cleaned properly and taken well care of. I’ve even asked about pulls in my sweater. The friendly staff has fixed them for me. I’ll continue to use Swanson’s Dry Cleaners.
I had some items cleaned and realized the next morning that I had given them an item my daughter needed the next day! I went back to find that all three items were ready! They are so quick and very friendly too. Highly recommend them!!!
