Great customer service! The lady working the day I dropped off my dress was also working the day I picked it up, and she was so friendly! In terms of cleaning my white dress, I got it dry cleaned. All of the little stains came out and it looked brand new. And it wasn’t expensive!
Service is Great. BUT - I no longer have been receiving email notifications that my order is ready for pickup. I do receive these ‘please review’ emails
