It went very well. Dropped off a black coat covered in lint to be cleaned. Received a text, the coat was ready and picked it up on the day I was told it would be ready. Imagine in our world today it was ON TIME! And it’s beautiful!
Barcode tags on my clothes that don't come off. That's annoying. It should be peeled off easily. Is there an option not to do that? I was not told that's the practice at dropoff. If you don't like a permanent tape on your clothes, ask first, or try other places.
