Overall, a wonderful experience. I'm horrible with names so I don't know who helped me. It was a different woman when I came to pick up my items versus when I dropped them off but both were wonderful. My coat looks amazing and was ready earlier than expected.

Shirt folded over hanger which leave creases and has to be ironed out. Good customer service as the person helped me offered to send it back, however, I did not want to make a trip back for one item.
