Two people called to make sure we remembered we had something at the 5 Points Swanson's. I was so glad to be able to share the charge card number over the phone and avoid that contact in the store. We called ahead and Amanda was waiting with the door open and our order on a hanger in her gloved hand. We had a nice walk to and from the store and appreciate all that was done to make the transaction quick and as safe as possible!
By adding delivery during the COVID 19 crisis, you've allowed me to keep my clothes in order. Thank you. And without a doubt, Olga is the best.
The past weeks have been “interesting” to say the least. I have appreciated the service I have received in the past. I may miss having my local “hard-site” to drop off and collect my laundry.
