From calling to inquire about a small alteration, to drop off, & pick up my experience was amazing! The people who helped me were very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. I’ll definitely be using Swansons from now on!
I brought in two afghan blankets that really needed cleaning. Service was friendly and informative. I really appreciated the service of everyone I encountered from the phone call to dropping off and picking up! The price was very fair. I’ll be back!!

In addition to doing a good job of getting the linen napkins & tablecloth ready for the next big family event, I got help on how to do repairs on my 100-yr old tablecloth. Great resource.
The process/system for home pick-up/drop-off is so easy & convenient. There’s never been a “snag”. It’s the way to go!
Great job cleaning as always. However they let st one of my shirts and they are trying to find it. It may be at another store. Ugh
