Needed an old (and beloved) pair of jeans repaired. Main plant couldn't do it but staff at 5 Points (5160 Arden Way, Carmichael) took it upon herself to do the mending by hand! Way above and beyond expectations. Very grateful!

Swansons at Douglas have always been very timely and efficient for all our cleaning needs. The delivery service is a treat we never had in SoCal. The people at the shop are helpful when we have questions about what can and can not be accomplished with our cleaning and repair needs. We appreciate to good wok and service that they give us.
Always great service and wonderful people. The delivery driver noticed some work being done at my home and parked in the street, walking the items to me, so he didn’t disturb the work. Great service!
