My king size comforter was filthy (my dog sleeps with me.) I dropped it off to be laundered and it came out beautifully. My only complaint is that when I dropped it off I was not told that the cleaners would be closed the Friday, Saturday and Sunday after Thanksgiving. I received an email notification that my comforter was ready for pickup the Monday after Thanksgiving. It was promised the preceding Wednesday.
So convenient and efficient.
