The cleaning of the garments was satisfactory however the personal interaction from a customer service perspective definitely needs improvement. I did not experience any difficulty when dropping off my suits, however my wife picked up my garments and received less than a warm welcome, was made to wait before being acknowledged and she was the only customer at the time and was gruffly handled by your employee when making payment.
