The service was superior in that the service representative was courtesy and friendly, the suit and dress shirts were dry cleaned professionally, and furthermore, the job was completed one day early. Thank you Swanson's!

Fast and friendly service
The gal that always handles my cleaning is outstanding. She does a great job. I wish I knew her name.
The staff at the Carmichael store is great. Always greet me with a smile. Swanson's, my only place for dry cleaning!
Customer service is great ... issues are handled professionally & right away (although I rarely have any )
Too expensive compared to other dry cleaners as to most (but not all) services. Cashless payment policy is not customer friendly. Can’t recommend.
Check in was excellent, along with Swanson’s delivery service option . Clothes were ready before promised . I asked for text notice but received email. My Women’s pant did not come with a crease as requested which was why I brought them to the cleaners vs washing and ironing at home.
