I've gone to Swanson's for many years and have always been pleased with the service Casey gives and quality of the cleaning. I feel well taken care of. Casey and her other employees are the reason this place is so successful.

Terrible experience due to rude customer service. Late opening the store and then offering help to other customer before me even though I was first in line and not apologize when I protested. Will not use this again in the future M
Great service, clothes are very nice
I brought in a silk skirt and told them it was 100% silk and they destroyed it. The fabric is damaged and dull now. I brought in suits to be cleaned that are still completely dirty. Never go to Swanson cleaners ever. Extremely dissatisfied.
Filthy drapes look much better!
Post family thanksgiving dinner, (with blueberry pie) had sad napkins & filthy laaarge tablecloth. Everything came back shining & crisp, ready for the next event. The tablecloth is over 50 hrs old, so I’m glad the stains came out. Wonderful! What a relief.
I brought in some very dirty clothes and they're now clean like they're brand new.
