Very nice and polite and quick service.
I dropped off my wedding dress and a shirt to be pressed Friday. I picked up Monday afternoon. When I got them home and inspected them they looked like they hadn’t been touched at all. I called to complain and was told new items are difficult to press. Strange because when we did it ourselves because we had no choice as we were doing our wedding shoot in an hour, the wrinkles came out just fine. Not only was I ineligable for the Free Delivery, even though I am less than 3 miles away and a 10 minute drive, but what really caught me off guard was my bill at the end. For one dress I paid $24. A regular dress, nothing fancy like a wedding dress. On top of that, the little belt that came with my dress (that clearly was NOT stained) was charged as a separate item. Since the company took over the store prices have jumped HUGE. $28 to clean 5 shirts? WOW!!! I will NOT be back.
