Staff is super friendly and professional. They do a pretty Good job, but I have had a few items not properly cleaned or cared for. They have gone up a bit on pricing too since inflation has affected everything. But overall, this is the only place I go to for minor seamstress work and all of my dry-cleaning needs.
We have pickup service and a few pieces didn’t make the normal pickup (my fault) but the team at Sunshine got my clothes turned around a day early and even drove them to our house personally because as they said when I answered the door “We weren’t sure if you might need them tonight.” It’s this type of service that keeps us using them for all of our dry cleaning. Amazing customer service!
This place is awful. They charged me $65 for dry cleaning one shirt and three small dresses. What really got me was the wash and fold, over $60 for a small pile of wash and fold. When I got it home, one piece of fabric was totally ruined. The clothes smelled and I have to take them to get re-washed. I will never go back here. Beware.
We have used Sunshine for decades. The shirts are always perfectly pressed and it’s very convenient when a button goes missing they replace it. Everyone’s always very friendly and helpful, it’s a pleasure to stop by.
Be sure to ask questions before you drop your laundry off. This company wanted to charge me $75 for a fitted sheet and 2 comforter that were lightly stained.
