You shrunk my expensive cashmere sweater from a mens large to a boy size. I am not happy !
Called in advance to ask how much cleaning would cost for 2 waist/hip length ski jackets and was told $16.00. When I went to pick them up the cost was $50 instead of $32. They should be able to quote prices. The jacket weren’t really even dirty. The cleaning was great though

Customer service is great. However, my client has voiced a concern about the quality of work not being up to standard. Moreover since it seems you lost a pair of slacks this maybe what breaks the camels back. Date the two pair of slacks where dropped: 12/28/19 @ 8:48 AM Date of pick up: 12/30/19 @ 5:43 PM Location manager said would send e-mail to headquarters to investigate and that I would receive a call back. Fast service. But the quality is terrible. I have to re-press half of my shirts. The only reason I take them to the cleaners is that I hate ironing.

Clerk new my cloths with out me presenting my ticket
Normally my shirts come out clean and pressed. This experience was different. My collars looked like the they did when i brought them in. It looks as if they were pressed and not cleaned at all. I had twenty items and most of them looked this way. It was almost $100 in costs for more than half of my shirts not looking cleaned at all.
