At first, I was impressed with the quality of the cleaning and above all, the reasonable pricing. I just picked up a polyester dress that was over $20 to clean. That is ridiculous and for that reason, I will take my dry cleaning elsewhere.

I took my t-shirts to be ironed and I picked them up wrinkled because they were compressed together.
Very efficient
First time and last time using your service, prices are insane $49.00 for 4 shirts and two pairs of pants are crazy, your concept is wonderful but automation should save the consumer money. Please tell me how you can justify $9.00 for a shirt.
Sorry but I'm not a fan of not having a live person to speak with about what I wanted done to the comforter and shams that I dropped off. First of all, there are NO PRICES posted anywhere for what something might cost to have either dry cleaned or laundered which is ridiculous! Second, there was no receipt given, just an email that could have very easily been overlooked or gone into spam. Post prices. Never would I have thought 4 dresses and a pair of pants would be $135. Will not be using in future.
It was my first time using you and I wanted my 2pc suit Pressed only (not cleaned). The suit was cleaned and I was charged more for cleaning. The shirt I had laundered was perfect and the woman working at the Rt 70 location was great. She was there when I picked up my order and she was extremely friendly and professional.
Soooo expensive! I should have inquired more about pricing before dropping off but never would I think 6 items (3 dresses, 2 blouses and a pair of pants) would be $126!? Will not be using again.
