Carol, thank you so much for the star rating! We hope to see you again.
First time attempted customer. I drove 25 minutes today to your Jacaranda location because your website said “same day service” if in by 9am. The associate was friendly but informed me “not at this location” so I had to go elsewhere. Please correct your website advertising.
Used to be 25%... 15% is not enough!! 'Come on man....!!! Make us "want" to do business with you PLEASE!!!! Thank You!!! =o)
Trying to sign up for delivery. Said I already had an account which I do not. But I used my email a d reset password. Signed in again! Said LOGIN FAILED Again. Ugh. So not working.
I used your business a few months ago and was disappointed your help didn’t wear a mask and you said that wouldn’t happen again. Several months later I tried again when I dropped my cleaning off again no mask. Two strikes your out I will never return
On my sleeve crease double , I did care for the look.
Great job. Always on time!
Business response:
Shirley, thank you so much for the star rating! We hope to see you again.
