I was sorry that my silk drapes were ruined. I dropped off 4 drapes. Two came out fine and now hanging but the other 2 were ripped and ruined, perhaps a strong chemical was applied 😔☹️

I took clothes in and as I left asked for a receipt. I was told it had been emailed to me. There was no email...even checked my spam. When I returned to pick up my clothes, I indicated I had never received a receipt or email. I was told it was a “work in progress.” Took my clothes home and when I went to get my blue silk pants, they weren’t with the cleaning. Was told you’re using email tickets. Never received. Glad I called to get my ticket numbers. Cost for a queen comforter set seemed really high $about $100!!! Again no receipt.

I brought in a pair of pants to be hemmed. Pretty simple and straightforward, the fee for this was $20. I think this is way too much to charge for this service, therefore I will not be patronizing your store for any of my cleaning/alteration needs.

One of my sweaters was not ready yesterday after being told to pick up Wednesday. Was told she would call when ready. 24 hours later I have heard nothing. I spent $176 yesterday with you and this is how you are treating me? This was after she said you don’t make mistakes. You need to get your act together plus get me my sweater!!!
Bobbi is awesome, but every batch I get back has a shirt with a stain that needs to be redone. You people are terrible at cleaning clothes.
Poor customer service, called twice to see if my jeans were ready and both times was promised a call back, never received a call back either time, I called a third time and finally done, took 8 days to hem jeans

I brought a pair of shorts in to have the seam on both legs hemmed. It was returned to me with only one leg done. However the woman at the front desk was very helpful and is always friendly.
