Today I tried to use the 15% coupon I received on 1/11 which expires on 1/14. I clicked on "Click here to redeem" and also "Click here to add to account". In both cases I received this message: "Unable to load account". The worker at sun country cleaners #46 could not help me. I tried resetting my password, but that also did not help. I am requesting that you apply this 15% coupon to my claim for a king-size blanket: Nebrija, Wendy submitted today around 3pm.
It has not been the same since Arron left. I brought a pair of pants in to be cuffed. I made it clear that I did not want them hemmed, I wanted to have them cuffed. The woman said that I was "stuck" with how I had pinned them. I offered to try them on and she said they no longer provide that service. I picked them up and they had been hemmed. I paid 29.70 for that. Since I had purchased the jeans on sale it was more than I paid for the jeans. I will not be coming back.
Sun Country--I was VERY surprised at the bill on my last visit/pick up. You charged $15 per dress (and I had 4)--which was in addition to my husband's 3 shirts (which were reasonably priced). Originally, I came to your store b/c your website indicated that you repair shoes. Once I arrived, I learned that your website is out of date b/c you no longer do shoes. Called to say I was stuck in traffic. Got there at 7:01. Door looked. What should have happened is when I called they should have pulled the garment out. They had my number and could have called to see how far away I was. This was another error on their part and I gave them another try. Obviously a fail.

The number of emails is getting a little excessive. We are all busy and if you send to many emails people will either ignore them or unsubscribe. Getting a few minutes of somebody's time is a privilege, use it wisely, or lose the privilege.
