They got out stains that I didn’t think would come out. I appreciate the green cleaning methods.
Alteration work was not completed on time. Twice I was told someone would call me to tell me when I could get my order but no one ever called. The order finally showed up 5 days late.
Prices are way to high
The clothes looked good but the chemicals left a very strong odor. The smell stayed in the car for a few hours after removal and is now leaving an odor in my closet. I removed the bags as soon as I got home.
Dropped off rain coat for zipper repair. Was told it would be done the 15th. Delay after delay. Finally it was back 1/22 and NOT fixed.
I had a party at the end of the week, I pulled my husband’s jacket out of the closet and it looked terrible. I took it in to this place expecting a few days, they had it done overnight an it looks great!
