I just picked up my order. My black blazer is a disaster. I dropped off a total of 7 items…The rest of the order is fine. My blazer has lots of lints all over it and human (long) hairs, It doesn’t smell clean and not pressed!
Clothes were wrinkle from your kiosks machine. Two linen pants, were very wrinkle. It was returned worse then before. A large blouse hadn't been presse. Lastly, my husband picked up an order and the slacks fell to the ground, wrinkle.
The dust all over the shirt and jacket. what is going on there.
Sweaters smelled the same way I took them in and wore. I don’t even feel like they we’re laundered. The smelled musky. That wasn’t the way I sent them. Highly disappointed for the amount of money I paid.
