Until the covid issue I used your Feather Sound store and have always had impeccable customer service. Both Angie and Shannon were always on top of every detail. I also used your store located on 40 th Ave NE in St Pete for my brother, great service. Now I use your store at Stoneybrook and Ulmerton for both mine and my brothers needs. I pay for both. You called about a tear. and didn’t. Clean it. I picked up after not getting a call back. I took it to 3 places to fix the tear that wasn’t there. Do you not want to clean the sheepskin rug? You wasted a. Month of my time

Extremely disappointed, I received my dress shirts and pants with wrinkles and they used absolutely no starch. To pay $40 on 9 pieces of clothing and to be such poor quality I will not be using your services anymore.

I was supposed to receive my clothes after 5pm as I requested same day service. They were not there, but I was still charged for same day service. Suit very well cleaned and pressed.

I am a frequent user of dry cleaning services. My receipt said 9 items and when I picked up only received 8. After making my claim that I was missing an item, I was directed to Customer Service where I was told I was incorrect and it was my mistake. I asked to provide proof that I was incorrect and after lengthy discussion was moved up to another manager that claimed they found my item. No apology offered. I won’t use Sun Country again.
