Professional staff, consistent good quality. We return to them because of their attention to detail.
Based on your email (copied below), I returned my pants to the store to have them redone so the two stains could be removed. I was unable to pick the pants up until Friday morning. Upon getting my pants, I was very upset to see that not only were the stains not removed, but that you charged me again. I dropped off a pair of pants to be cleaned. There were stains, so (as directed) I typed in the description into the computer as I was dropping them off. I picked them up yesterday; when I got home, I discovered that the stains were still there. The order number on the ticket appears to be 08-191502.

This is RIP off clothes are extremely too high.
I’ve had 2 bad experiences and neither one was rectified, second one I was promised a refund and this was for Easter still haven’t seen it!!! First time it was My grandson’s birthday and the clothes weren’t pressed correctly, second time I had my 4 grandson’s outfits being starched was even charged for belts to be pressed when I wasn’t even aware of but they are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXPENSIVE.,,,, spent almost $60 for 4 shirts and 4 shorts for children ages 9 months-4 years old. We picked up over 30 items, which cost over 150.00, they did the wrong starch, some of the shirts are still not clean, super disappointed, stopped by the store with my wrinkled, bent up collar, and the girl behind the counter said "sorry" Just horrible
I asked for heavier starch and got nothing
