The staff is great. The quality of cleaning/pressing is mediocre at best. Sleeves and collars often have wrinkles. My prior cleaner would always replace buttons, but with you guys I almost always get a new button broken from the heat or pressing and its never replaced. The clothes also do NOT smell good. I have to spray them with either febreeze or cologne nearly everytime as they sometimes even smell like smoke. If the cleaner wasn’t just down the street from my house, I’d go elsewhere.
Great service. Prices a little high on some items but they really go a good job and are very responsive. Especially the guy at our location!
