Richard was wonderful and my clothes came back perfectly. The fact I don’t have to drop them off or pick saves me time in my busy day. Pick and delivery was as expected.

Delivery guy is great but dry cleaner doesn’t not follow my instructions. I asked for no creases in any pants. They did it for about 2 weeks then creased all my pants. I am missing a lack pair of pants and a blue sweater. The driver has asked the home office to give me a call 2ce but they haven’t. I’m looking for an alternative.

I brought a pair of shorts in to have the seam on both legs hemmed. It was returned to me with only one leg done. However the woman at the front desk was very helpful and is always friendly.
