I feel like this store is an experience from another era when customer service and friendliness were paramount. I couldn’t be happier with the quality, price, and most of all, the attitude of the employees.

Mishaps happen, but when it occurs more than a few times, something's wrong. Clothes not properly cleaned (spots or odor), not properly pressed, not ready when promised, and returned torn clothes. A few impatient staff members. Overall it's horrible. Tried to continue business for convenience but issues are constant regardless if Suncoast makes attempts to redo or replace.
Business response:
Thank you for providing your feedback and letting us know about this issue, Kimberly. We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met in your interaction with us. Please get in touch with us on (727) 535-9930 and we'd be happy to help you out. Cheers, Sun Country Cleaners
