I’m new to this cleaners due to my old one ruining some clothing and not taking responsibility. I shared my experience when I came in and the young lady at the front desk was BEYOND courteous, kind and understanding. She actually talked to me and had eye contact. Very professional. I’m a happy camper so far.

Good customer service. Very helpful. I had a comforter cleaned and not crazy about the way it turned out. It definitely looks clean, but a very strong chemical smell. Hoping the smell will disappear in a day or two.
