Expensive. And still had cat hairs on my jacket after I specifically asked if they were going to be able to take them out. The older lady with black hair is very nice! She has great customer service and tried her best to help me out

Cleaning was great but cost of cleaning comforter was expensive. It would have been 5 stars.
