I have never had an issue with Signature Cleaners. My items are picked up and returned when promised and laundered to specifications which I greatly appreciate. The fact that employees take the time to replace a missing button is fantastic customer service. Thank you for all your efforts.

The pickup and delivery were very convenient. Excellent communication. I was bummed to lose a cuff button on shirt in my very first experience, but sadly that seems to be the nature of dry-cleaning services. Either iron shirts, or occasionally sew buttons.
