First time I came in I believe it was JEANINE who explained process. I had lots of questions and different requests - she was outstanding. Customer Service does not exist like this anymore. She sent me away with everything I needed including a card with tailors operating hours and receipt. As she told would happen, an email came when my items were ready. Great system.
