The alterations I requested were perfect, and they had my items ready at the designated pick up time.
First time I came in I believe it was JEANINE who explained process. I had lots of questions and different requests - she was outstanding. Customer Service does not exist like this anymore. She sent me away with everything I needed including a card with tailors operating hours and receipt. As she told would happen, an email came when my items were ready. Great system. Good service and timely turnaround
My down comforter is clean and packed away in a very nice storage bag waiting for the winter.
My dry cleaning is always ready when they say it will be. They do a great job cleaning my garments, and are always friendly.
A White Down filled King sized Comforter. Can’t wait till late fall to Snuggle up again. Great job.
