Great experience, articles were done EXACTLY how I requested and got a text message that they were done...EARLIER then I requested!
I am a first time customer, so I only brought 1 item in. The store is beautiful, ordertly, always a sign for me. I received an email when the it was time for pick up.I was so please with the cleaning and pressing of the item, I brought 4 more pieces in today! My hairdresser is next door..that's how I saw Signature Dry Cleaners My hairdresser told me "they do great work". Hairdressers know these things!
I brought in my very dirty wedding dress to be cleaned, needing in back in about a week for additional pictures that we are taking. The lady at the counter let me know this was a short turnaround and that Mark would call with any questions, but that they would do everything they could to clean it in time. Mark ended up calling a few days later, letting me know the care tag was not on the dress and he would not be be able to get everything out in time but would do his best. I saw an add for Signature Cleaners at Fore the Troops Charity Golf Event. I was pleased with my initial experience as the quality and quick turnaround of the cleaning was great. I also appreciated the email notifying me when my clothes were ready for pickup.
Had my daughter’s wedding gown cleaned. Just moved in the area and found Signature Cleaners. Fred was so nice. Picked up and delivered the gown directly to me. So convenient. Great quality cleaning - great price! Will use as my cleaners from now on!
Tremendous. I called your based on your proximity to my home, tired of my old cleaner. The gentlemen I spoke to was sincere and helpful. I love that you get an email when your order is ready. Only drawbacks - the shop seems cluttered and it was a bit expensive.
