We have always loved everyone at Shamrock. The employees take pride in their work (and who doesn't love Famous Amos Cookies!) Their new pick-up and delivery service is fantastic!!!! DJ deserves a medal for everything!!! He is so professional, but at the same time, very personal. Clothes were pressed incorrectly, brought them in to have them re-pressed only, the customer service person did not label them properly, and they were cleaned and pressed incorrectly again, for which I had to pay again. Will not bring my business back. Customer service has steadily gotten worse over the last few years, and for the prices, I can find somewhere less frustrating.

I wish I could give no stars....I believe in second chances so dedpite Shamrock ruining a garment in the past I continue to patronize Shamrock...no more...I bought a jacket in for cleaning and to be fair I pointed out a stain for additipnal attention...a week later the stain had grown so I bring it back again, this time thevstain was gone but so was the monogramed front button. I go back yet again only to be told it maybe is in the button trap. And im sorry for the loss. I too am soory for your loss I was a local customer..... read more

I would rate ZERO stars if possible. Shamrock Cleaners lost 3 of my husband’s suits in February during the middle of Florida’s Legislative Session. It is end of May and they still will not respond to our inquiries or make a resolution to compensate us for the lost items and inconvenience.  I would NOT recommend Shamrock Cleaners to anyone! We understand that mistakes happen but the fact that they will not acknowledge their mistake and make the situation right is not acceptable! You have priced me right the door Too expensive for a Senior $76 for 2 light weight quilt queen size to be laundered.......if I was well enough to be at a laundry mat I would do it ... Guess that's in my future 7.95 to press and hang a ladies cotton blend blouse ?

I sat at the drive thru and no one came, but I could see them with no customer. I go in and they tell me it is automated. Well, you should of put that on the sliding class door.
