All my items (8) were cleaned & pressed well.
Customer service was excellent. However, I Inquired about a spot on one of the five shirts. I was told that you have good chemicals that can probably remove the spot. It was NOT. So I just paid $4 for a shirt that I cannot wear to an important event. Otherwise, I would have no problem rating you higher.
