One of the shirts was missing a collar button, which I had attached to the shirt with a safety pin. The shirt was returned without the button being sewn in place, and the button was gone.

Took a chair/seat cover to you to try to get out a spot on one side. They are VERY GOOD seat covers and I wanted to have a professional try to save it. Rytina's did and excellent job of getting the spot out and exceeded my expectations!
