Clothes look great. You always do it best. Communication can use improvement. I wasn’t told that you take leather items off-site, which caused one of my items to have a later pickup time. This is fine, but if I had known, I would have waited until it was ready so I could pick up all my items at the same time. It’s a 15 mile/35+ minute drive for me, so time and gas add up quickly with additional trips. Since you charge top dollar (by a wide margin), I expect the utmost excellence in all aspects of service.
