Dear Jim, Thank you for picking up my alpaca scarf for recleaning because it was irritating my neck. This has never happened with any garment cleaned by Rytina in the past. The scarf was returned today, and I immediately stopped to put it on. It is fine now. Thank you, Jim, and the team at Rytina for doing whatever was required to correct the situation. My delivery circumstances changed, and the driver, Kyle, was very helpful and helped to coordinate a delivery that worked for everybody. As usual, Rytina drivers go above and beyond the call of duty.
