Dear Jim, Thank you for picking up my alpaca scarf for recleaning because it was irritating my neck. This has never happened with any garment cleaned by Rytina in the past. The scarf was returned today, and I immediately stopped to put it on. It is fine now. Thank you, Jim, and the team at Rytina for doing whatever was required to correct the situation. My delivery circumstances changed, and the driver, Kyle, was very helpful and helped to coordinate a delivery that worked for everybody. As usual, Rytina drivers go above and beyond the call of duty. Our previous driver, Danny, was always the picture of professionalism, and Kyle is proving to be of the same caliber! Thank you to both Danny and Kyle!
The cleaning service is great, but the price increase was excessive and prices not posted anywhere. Going forward you should post your prices somewhere where your patrons can see- shirts, dresses, suit jackets, suit pants. I will only be taking suit jackets back to this cleaners.

Rytina always communicates well, does a great job & is ever so gracious if you take forever to come back for your things (our King comforter got lonely without us). They are the only place we will take our belongings to even though it's a drive for us.
