Rose Cleaners is horrible. Hadn't used this cleaners for a couple of years because a $1.99 cleaners opened up very nearby. But, I decided to give it a try again and boy do I regret this. Dropped off one load including two alterations and had to go back 4 times for this single load. And, they lost a pair of Polo Khakis. I called the owner a couple of times and he has ignored me.
