I had my clothes there a long time while I was waiting on the insurance claim, and you guy never harassed me about it be the ninth hour of my time. Customers service was always great when I spoke to a staff member. I really appreciate that. Good help is so hard to find. I will be recommending Rogers Cleaners to all my family members and friends. I had a problem with the way a shirt was laundered/pressed. Turns out it was the manufacture of the shirt rather than the laundering that was the problem. Rogers handled my concerns generously (credit) even though the problem was not theirs. Can’t ask for more.

I’ve been using Roger’s Dry Cleaner for over 5 years and I’ve been fortunate to have Ted as my customer service representative at both properties I’ve lived at. He goes “above and beyond” in everything and has tremendous positive attitude. Management is effective, supportive and consistent… and that says a lot these days. Roger’s is definitely deserving of five stars and is highly recommended.
