I am new to St Petersburg and Roger’s appeared in a google search. My first interaction with the staff was exceptional. My garments were ready for pickup as promised. My interaction with staff during pickup was not like the first. The attendant was unpleasant, unprofessional and plain rude!

I love the pick up and drop off service. I like getting the text reminders. This last week I forgot to have me things out by 7 am and I called the store and they contacted the driver and she came.
