Frankly, I had to bring back a tie that had grease spots on it. When I brought it in, I pointed out the spots. Yet I picked up the tie yesterday and brought it home...spots still there. I don't believe any notes were made, therefore the spots were ignored. I have been a customer for years and appreciate the good service. However, when I point out spots that need special attention, it usually involves a 2nd visit.

Rogers is easy to use with its twice weekly pick up & delivery service. Plus it does great work on a wide range of items including clothing, carpets, and just about anything that's fabric and small enough to fit in an automobile.
