No Problems – I have only used this cleaners for getting dress shirts laundered and pressed. I have no complaints, in fact, I feel they do an excellent job. I haven’t gotten anything dry cleaned at Robertson Cleaners so I cannot speak about that. I believe they only do laundry Monday through Friday and with a coupon, the laundry prices are fair. Do watch out when using a coupon that Robertson Cleaners actually gives you the discount on all articles. They have “conveniently” not added the discount a few times.
STAY AWAY!! – I've had a lot of items lost. They just recently lost 2 expensive mens' polo shirts
DON'T GO HERE!!!!! – I put in a dress and my husband's shirt to be cleaned same day. My husband went by to pick up and they had cleaned his shirt, but could not find my dress. We went back an hour later and they could still not find my dress. I understand misktakes happen, but while I was waiting, customer after customer had problems ranging from uncleaned clothing to torn clothing.
