Once again, great service and knowledgable, friendly staff. Regency laundered my pet's dog bed and it was returned perfectly clean, fresh, and in "shape" even though it was a large bed. When I saw their ad saying they would take care of pet beds I was thrilled. I launder my pet's bedding myself, but could not do the top-notch job of a professional service. I have used Regency Cleaners for years for all my personal and household needs. Always pleased.

I was in a jam. I called several Dry Cleaners in the Durham Area and no luck I needed my 3 piece suit and shirts dry cleaned and pressed before my sons wedding in the 17th. I called your store on the 16th. I spoke to Mesha who actively listened to my “pressing” need for a quick turn around on my suit for the big event. She talked to the staff at the store and guaranteed me that you could do it. I left my hotel and dropped my items with Mesha.
